Le Select is a French brasserie, embracing the custom of consistent cooking and warm efficient service. The restaurant is helmed by Michelin star chef Daniel Rose, who brings his expertise and passion for French cuisine to the menu. The menu features traditional French brasserie fare, showcasing the best ingredients and classic French techniques.

The process of creating Le Select has been a collaboration of my experience in France over the last 25 years, a very personal cooking style, the city and the operating partners.

Award-winning chef

Chef Daniel Rose is a renowned French chef known for his contemporary take on classic French cuisine. He emphasizes the use of local, seasonal ingredients in his dishes and pays homage to French heritage through his culinary creations. He opened his first restaurant, SPRING, in Paris in 2006, and since then his establishments have been at the forefront of the international dining scene.
